Founders and legal acts appointing the foundation

     The initiators of the Foundation were Danuta Sowinska - Warmbier and Leszek Warmbier.
They became also its founders. The cofounders of the More Beautiful World Foundation were two large Torunian institutions - the Torunian Factory of Dressing Materials and the Torunian Geophysics dependant on the Polish Oil Mining and the Gas in Warsaw. The decisions about calling the Foundation were reached by the workers' boards and the Managements of Institutions: Jaroslaw Jozefowicz, Aleksander Czachorowski, Halina Zalecka and Arkadiusz Zawisza from TZMO as well as Ludwik Krol, Stanislaw Zon, Zdzislaw Starzak, Zdzislaw Obremski and Rudolf Lanc from the Geophysics.
     The Treasury became the fifth cofounder - the hitherto existing owner of the palace and park complex in Skludzewo, represented by the Counsel and the Borough Office in Zlawies Wielka. The decision was made by Halina Wozniak – the chairwoman of the Borough Board and the head of the Borough - Tadeusz Smarz. It the resolution No. VIII /38/89 of the Communal National Counsel from 21st December 1989 the palace and a part of the park nearby was given in perpetual use to the Foundation of More Beautiful World.
     After the study, the Charter of the Foundation with necessary documents from each founder were left at the District Court in Torun, where on 13th March 1990 all founders of the Foundation personally or by representatives put their signatures on a notarial act.
     The next stage during the registration comprised the deposition of the documents to the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Education and Sport and the Ministry of Finances for checking the correctness of undertaken decisions and the settlement of ministerial supervision over activities of the Foundation. The Ministry of Education returned the documents for correction of an error in the notarial act made by the Borough relating the property in form of realty, and not as it was stated - in the money form.
On 16th April 1990 the founders met at District Court in Torun again, where a supplementary act was prepared. The set of documents was taken to Warsaw again. None of the ministries had any restrictions. The documents were put at Register Court in Warsaw where the Foundation of More Beautiful World was registered and it was given No. 8767876 in National Court Register. The Foundation became a legal person and it could continue working based on the charter confirmed by Ministry of Culture and Art, Ministry of National Education and Sport and the Ministry of Finances based on the existing rules of law. The charter defines the aims and the tasks of the Foundation, the area of working of the Foundation, property of the Foundation, organs and the organization of the Foundation.
