Chronology
• 1300 - 1100 p.n.e. - relicts from the times of Lusatian culture (gatherings of a Museum in Grudziadz)
• XIV c. - town with wooden habitable tower surrounded by a double moat
• 1409 - Hanus and Dytrych from Skludzewo are mentioned
• 1414 - during war with Teutonic Order the village undergoes serious destruction (burning)
• 1423 -1424 - brothers Bartold and Pietrasz are mentioned in Skludzewo
• 1515 - Andrzej Dorpowski pays off a Fabian Wolski with a sum of 215 marks that was a debt of Skludzewo
• 1523 - Bartlomiej Przylubski cedes his part in Skludzewo on Michal Kranich von Postnik
• 1533 - Andrzej Krowicki, alias Dorpowski, Postnika buys from doctor Michal Postnik his hereditary part in Skludzewo 1588 r. - heirs of doctor Michal Banda, Torunian townsmen - Henryk and Prakseda Ambartowski as well as Franciszek and Barbara Zacharias sell their rights to a half of Skludzewo to Jerzy Gluchowski, yet he leaves them to Lukasz Dorpowski in the same year
• 1594 - the city of Torun signs with Walerian Bystram an agreement relating exchange of three villages belonging to him, that is Orzechowa, Rychnowa and Borowna - for Skludzewo, for extra charge of 40 thousand florens, this is not however a sale, but giving in lease
• 1620 - Eufrozyna Krokowska, a wife of Puck’s land judge Ernest, buys from the city of Toun the village Skludzewo
• 1627 - The Krokowskis sell Skludzewo to Michal Dorpowski, the judge of Ziemia Chelminska
• 1688 - the owner of Skludzewo is Andrzej Dorpowski
• 1709 - the owner of Skludzewo is Wojciech Dorpowski
• 1732 -1736 - Wojciech Dorpowski's judicial dispute with his sisters, who accuse him, that he sold illegally Skludzewo to Chryzostom Browinski, married with Urszula Dorpowska
• 1777 - Skludzewo is inherited by Browinski’s daughter - Katarzyna Chrzastowska
• 1782 - Skludzewo is bought by Jozef Kalkstein
• 1792 - Kalkstein sells Skludzewo to the chairman of the court Prussian court, Henryk Fryderyk von Kleist
• 1802 - Kleist sells Skludzewo to Samuel Wolff
• 1855 - the owner of the village is Juliusz Freitag
• 1858 - the owner of Skludzewo is baron Ludwik von Liittwitz
• 1861 - the owner of Skludzewo is Karol Konig
• 1863 - the compulsory auction of the property which is bought by a newcomer from Bremen - August Brauer
• after 1863 - the building of the present manor
• 1884 - the manor with contiguities is bought by Cosse Salomon from Berlin
• 1897 - Skludzewo is bought by a medicine doctor from Berlin, Martin Mendelsohn
• 1900 - first breaking up of the property
• 1902 - the nationalisation of the property, adaptation of the court’s building for a school
• 1939 -1945 - the training centre of German youth organisation Hitlerjugend, and also the transitory camp for Polish children, who are to be made German
• 1945 - till the present moment (1996) there is a school in the building as well as a flat for a teacher
• 1989 - the eastern part of the building is taken over by the Foundation of More Beautiful World, the rest remains as mentioned above
