Aims and tasks of the Foundation of More Beautiful World

    The foundation was settled to take care of preservation of valuable past and tradition for enrichment of present values and creating a more beautiful future.

The tasks of the foundation are:
    1. Collecting financial and material means for the general overhaul and adaptation of the palace and         park complex in Skludzewo in order to prepare a didactic and recreational background and especially         preparing and filling with equipment the studios and necessary social and living rooms: painting,         drawing, graphic, sculpture, ceramic and different technique’s studios; photographic studio, palace         gallery allowing organization of interdisciplinary events including religious ones, an outdoor gallery         in the park and in the orchard, a library with a methodological studio equipped with an audiovisual         apparatus, films, slides, tapes; a recreational-sport hall, storerooms; studios and the apartment of         the founders – artists – pedagogues leading the Foundation; guest rooms for groups of 12-20 people,         bathrooms, kitchen and a dining room.
    2. Creating friendly conditions (base, staff, programs) for discovering and developing various interests         of children and youth, especially art and photographic skills.
    3. Giving an individual and team substantial and methodological help to parents, teachers, instructors,         amateur artists, cultural and educational workers.
    4. Developing, collecting and popularising methodological materials useful for enriching and         modernising the activity of other institutions.
    5. Popularisation of creative achievements of children and youth in the scope of art and photography.
    6. Organising 1-2-3-7-14-21-day art and photography open airs, exhibitions, meetings with artists,         competitions and other mass and interdisciplinary events.
    7. Activating a wide range of physical and legal persons to involve themselves into the idea of         renovating the historic palace and park complex in Skludzewo and developing the personality of         children and youth mainly through art. The foundation realises its goals through a systematic,         periodical and occasional educational and recreational work and promoting creative achievements         and presentation of children and youth’s achievements both in Poland and abroad; cooperation with         artistic world, educational and cultural centres, companies and mass media; economic activity in         Poland and abroad according to the rules of law. The statutory activity of the foundation is led on the         basis of annual plans and long-term programmes approved by the Foundation’s Council,         motioned by the Foundation’s Board.
        The Foundation is under the surveillance of the Ministry Of Education.
